I really liked all the products except the recover. I couldn't seem to get past the taste. The ampd pro protien is delicious and mixes so well. The pre e is so good too and and the re charge is amazing!

RE-CHARGE
Re-Charge is such a wonderful product and I love it in my water while I workout. This is not grossly sweet like orher similar products. It doesn’t taste like a mouthful of sugar every time you take a sip. The flavor of Re-Charge is amazing and will not disappoint.

KETOPURE
Ketopure is probably one of my favorite Ampd products. I use it every day in my water while I do fasted workouts. I am not on a Keto diet, but this helps me with energy during my workouts and makes sure that I’m not losing muscle during those fasted workouts. And some days when I’m struggling to get my water in, I’ll put a little bit of Ketopure in my water for a little flavor. I can’t say enough good things about Ketopure.

RE-VITALIZE
Where has this been all my life!! I have had trouble with most apple cider products, but never had an issue with Re-Vitalize. It is just sweet enough without being sickly sweet. I use it every morning and it’s a great way to start my day.

CORE FOUR BUNDLE
This is the perfect place to start if you’ve never tried an Ampd product. This was my very first purchase from Ampd and I was not disappointed. I love that the size of each product in the bundle is the actual size (this is not a “trial size” like a lot of brands).

PRE-E
Ampd Pre-E is great! I love that I don’t get the jittery feeling that I have had with different brands. Pre-E just makes me feel more alert and ready to do my best workout and I don’t feel any caffeine let down when it wears off. And the watermelon flavor is really good.

BEAUTY GREENS
This is the best greens powder I have ever tried! It doesn’t have any nasty aftertaste, nor does it have a chalky taste when you drink it. I use Beauty Greens every day.

RE-VITALIZE
I have been consuming this for over a month and I love how I feel. The content in whole is great and the ingredients are also great! My favorite thing of this product is that it balances my PH or alkaline.

AMPD PRO VANILLA
Not the best taste by itself. Fine as long as you cover it up with something stronger of a flavor like chocolate.

I absolutely love this product. Doesn't make me feel itchy or jittery at all. I can sleep at night even if i take it during the evening. These are all things that I found troublesome with other brands I have tried. 10/10 would recommend! Amber - YEG CANADA
