I purchased break pads for my Vanmoof. I was concerned because my order didn’t arrive within 10 days. I emailed them. I was assured it would arrive the following week. Which it did arrive quick. Hi Lothar, All of the Eshifters are brand new. You can see engraved the production month and year on the Eshifter. There can be some scratches on it because firstly it has once been fitted on a Vanmoof bike to make sure it functions. Secondly it is an internal part and there for the manufacturing quality standards for the outer appearance are not as high as it is for external parts. However, as said it is 100% new and genuine part. Enjoy using your functioning S3 again!

Ich habe zwei heavy Duty Gepäckträger für Vanmof S5 /A5 bestellt. Sie wurden nicht nach Hause geliefert. Von der Qualität waren sie sehr bescheiden. Billigste Verarbeitung der Teile. Bei einem war ein ordentlicher Rückstrahler enthalten bei dem anderen nur ein halber der nur mit einer Schraube locker runterhing. Die verstellbaren Teile lagen zum Teil lose im Paket. Die Schrauben werden nur Schrauben und Muttern geliefert ohne Sicherung. Ich habe die Muttern gegen Selbstsichernde Muttern getauscht. Leider fehlten auch sämtliche Schrauben zur Befestigung an den Fahrrädern. Auch eine Anleitung war nicht dabei. Wenn man alles besorgt und zusammen gebaut hat sind die Gepäckträger ok. Meiner Meinung nach aber stark überteuert für die Qualität die man erhält. Der Versand ging dafür relativ flott und unkompliziert.

Hi Niklas,
All of the Eshifters are brand new. You can see it from the serial number that has the manufacturing date.
There might be some scratches on it because all Eshfiters are assembled on an actual Vanmoof bike to make sure it is functioning.
