"Just to make everyone aware and make sure we are on the same page, the HUGES are back to going with [CREDIT UNION]. It is unfortunate as they are getting a much better deal with me and they are guaranteed a close date of the 7th. I have gotten 3 deals from [CREDIT UNION] this week because they are a week past close date and still not clear to close.

I had already ordered appraisal with a due date of this Friday, and locked the borrower rates at a full percent lower than [CREDIT UNION], my payment, and cash to close are also both significantly lower. The client would be saving a significant amount going with us and is set up in a much better position as a first time homebuyer.

The decision is absurd but 100% up to the borrowers.

***[CREDIT UNION] is not showing your MI (mortgage insurance ) as part of your mortgage but has bumped your rate up significantly to cover the MI. Keep in mind, with me once you have 20% equity in the home your MI will fall off moving your payment to $3649 monthly whereas it will stay at $4023 with [CREDIT UNION].

That is a savings of $374 a month. I think you need to take a look at this again prior to making your final decision."

Not only do I think she purposely spelled our name wrong in all caps, but she was wrong about the costs and payments. We ended up closing on time and under budget because our credit union had no origination fees. We've never encountered someone so unprofessional who was trying to earn our business.

I absolutely love working with sherry.
