It was pretty easy to order and the products arrived in a waterproof, sealed package. Some promises weren’t fulfilled. For example I did not receive a Trackinbgnumber to track my shipment and it took 4 to 5 days after ordering to arrive. The products are of good quality, I had my fun :). Definitely going to reorder, I am trusting this shop. The support via E-Mail was very friendly and nice and I also received a cool sticker for my laptop with my order.

Hey Daniel!
Thanks for the kind review and feedback. Glad you like the sticker!
Apologies that you didn't receive your tracking link. We were experimenting with a new plugin to send people their tracking links more efficiently (we were getting a lot of orders during this time), but we had some issues with it conflicting with another plugin, so a number of people didn't receive their tracking. So sorry about that!
And regarding shipping time, this was our fault as we miscalculated how much stock we'd need in the run up to the ban, so we ran out of stock a few times (as we were expecting the ban to come sooner than it did) and each time had to wait a couple days for the delivery from our supplier.
Thanks again and safe researching :)

Quick delivery within Germany, all as described. The reviews talking about scam are probably due to a shortage of stuff earlier in the year, all other providers had the same issues. Amazing company!
