Finally, after waiting two months, my order arrived. So the problem was simply that it coincided with Christmas orders throughout Europe and Spain, which delayed shipping, but the important thing is that everything arrived and I'm happy.

They Kindly and politely explained that sometimes parcels do arrive but suffer from long delays. Finally I only got one of the two parcels. They sent me the missing items for free.
