I ordered July 26 and I got it Aug. 6. The second order on Aug. 26 and got it Sept 5. About 10 days TO CENTRAL U.S. for each order. They shop shipping to United States Sept. 17. Now where do I go to shop?

I have not received my order placed 4 weeks ago. CC says it takes upto 6 weeks due to the pandemic. I don't think it takes that long to USA because I have received a few international orders from UK, China and Korea within 2 weeks. Also there are other reviewers who received their orders within 10 days in Central US. I think my order got lost in the mail already. I like CC to reship my order but they will refuse it because it has been only 4 weeks. Updated on 9/23/20 CC had been good in customer service telling me to wait for 6 weeks. It's been more than 6 weeks. I have not received the order. I emailed them twice. Now they are not replying to my emails. I waited another 4 days hoping they would get back to me when they have time. Nothing so far. They won't have business with US customers anyway.

Hi JC, I'm sorry that you haven't received your order yet. Just a reminder that we don't have any control over the international airmail system, or USPS, and that some mail arriving quickly does not mean that all mail arrives quickly, unfortunately. PostNL's official website states that: "Due to the impact of peak volumes and limited availability or capacity of our United States Postal Service entry points (at US airports), we are experiencing heavy delays on our shipments. Transit data shows that USPS is experiencing major backlogs in these entry points, resulting for some volumes to experience delays of 6 weeks or more. " Now, if you'd like to contact us after 6 weeks, when we officially consider a package lost, we can discuss your situation further, until then, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
