I had really good time with 3euphoria, but I was really not happy about Al-Lad as it was little to no visuals and the headspace was not also that amazing. Maybe it was just me dunno. Anyway thanks😃

Hiya Dessoliers,
I'm sorry to hear that your order never arrived - I can see from your order details that the pellets were shipped with PostNL Untracked, for future orders please always select Tracked Shipping when possible so that you're covered with a 100% free reship if your shipment is undelivered!
I will contact you privately to try and resolve this situation to ensure that you're satisfied with our service :-)

Hiya Yalel,
I'm sorry to hear that your order never arrived - as you explained that your surname would be different on your doorbell to the surname you provided for your shipment, I expect this is the reason why it was unable to be successfully delivered to you.
I responded to your email enquiry on 11th November, perhaps it's in your spam folder? As you selected PostNL Untracked Shipping, I cannot offer you a reship on your undelivered order. But I will contact you privately to try and resolve this situation to ensure that you're satisfied with our service :-)
