i received poor customer service for my last order. i received an email letting me know that one of the items i had ordered was out of stock, giving me the option to wait until the item was restocked or to change it so I could receive my order more quickly. I responded immediately that I would like to receive the order as soon as possible and specified which product I wanted to change. I heard nothing in response. Over the following 4 weeks I wrote four more emails asking about my order and received no response. Finally, my fifth email received a response. I was told that they had not received my previous four emails, that the product I initially ordered was still out of stock and there was no apology for the delay or lack of response. I was not asked to show the email thread of all the unanswered emails I had sent. It was as though the person decided that because they had not received them, I had not sent them. I will be ordering products elsewhere from now on.
