i picked the insured option for mail delivery and they send me an email that they would deliver on monday at 4:20pm but they didnt do that!!! so i waited tuesday, nothing... wednesday nothing! thursday NOTHING! I AM SWEATING!!! then finally friday at 4:20pm they deliver... whew! that was tough for me... why didnt they just send a second email like "hey bro, sry we couldnt do it on monday, dw though, we do our best!" product is good and made up for the uncertainty though 4/5 :)

Hi Kevin! I'm very sorry I think this must have been a misunderstanding. I just checked and your order was shipped on the same day that we received the payment. When we say it will be delivered (this could be a bad translation on our German version of the website), it means that we ship it to you from the Netherlands, so from that time it still generally takes a few days to arrive. In case you're unsure in the future, feel free to email us at staff@chemical-collective.com and we can give you more information on your delivery!
