High quality product and even higher quality customer service. Not only did they reply promptly when I inquired about the status of my order, when my initial order got lost in the mail, they offered to re-ship half the order so we would split the loss. Truly above and beyond!

Great service! They provide compounds of the highest purity that are always so fascinating to research. Delivery to the USA was always prompt, too bad they don't do it anymore. Have enjoyed my correspondence with Jack too!

Never received it. What a coincidence there is no choice to pay for tracking. Save your money. I was ripped off.

I had ordered only a couple of things and though I got a quick response on why it was taking so long, but I still have not received my package and I already received another order I placed at Rare Chems that was placed a couple weeks later, so I'm very disappointed and hope it still arrives despite this absurd delay otherwise I'm assuming it is a lost cause since it has been so long:/

Excellent service and the homie Jack is a stand up guy. still hoping one day you guys will re open to the US. They take great care in packaging products and getting them to you in a timely manner. Also the best in customer service as far as response time and being courteous with intent to resolve any issue and satisfy their customers. To Jack and the team I wish you guys good health and prosperity. See you on the flip chocolate chip!
