Update: I am editing my review because their customer service reached out to me and helped resolve the situation. I wasn't expecting that. Company seems to reliable and responsive to their customers. Never received my order after 4 weeks. Would be rated zero stars if I could. My understanding is this would never be questioned by customs, so I figure they never sent it or it was their own staff. If I do receive it I'll update my review.

I've heard great things about the company but I myself am having poor luck. I made an order over a month ago now and still haven't gotten my package or a letter from customs saying it was seized. I probably won't risk buying from this company again, I was looking forward to completing this research.

Hi Jon! I'm very sorry you seem to have had such bad luck with us. Can you send me an email with your order details so I can look into it and see if I can take an educated guess as to what has happened with your deliveries? All the best Jack
