I want to update my previous review following a recent interaction with customer support.
Although there was a substantial delay and a delivery issue with the local postal carrier (Correos Spain) regarding my untracked order, Chemical's support team eventually reached out to address the situation. They took full ownership of the delivery failure and provided a very fair, professional, and generous solution to ensure I receive my order safely at an alternative address.
I truly appreciate a company that steps up and takes care of its customers when logistics go wrong. Based on their excellent support and willingness to resolve the issue, I am happily updating my rating.
