At certain points I had serious doubts about this or any other research chemical company. The reviews on Trustspot looked like they may easily be fake and Trustspot itself looks like a dubious service that possibly enables fake reviews. Various other things on chemicals-collective site though lead me towards thinking they were probably genuine. It’s been a journey oscillating between trusting them and not. It seemed like one of those things you can never know until the results are in.
Well today the results are fully in. They had previously been supportive in me finding an appropriate DPD pick up point address, (the first address I’d suggested was a less clearly accessible post office possibly on university campus and being English I didn’t really understand the postal system in the Netherlands and was at first going to go for a poste restante address.) They later made a mistake in the amount of one part of the order (which was understandable as I was ordering two different forms of the same substance at different amounts) and they offered to correct it for free by posting again what they’d left out which they did including a bit more. In retrospect I’m glad they made this mistake because it induced me to revisit the website and notice other interesting things and I ended up placing two more orders.
All of this was before I’d engaged with the experiential research into the products I was ordering. Now I have engaged and it is the real thing.
