I was very happy with the product, but the exchange process was excessive. I got the wrong color and to exchange the color, the cost was $50 in shipping fr $50 of cushions. Not the best customer service process I would say.

We purchased 225 resin event chairs and 25 wooden, round event tables, tablecloths, chair covers, and carts for the chairs. Everything is of really good quality and we are excited to use them for our wedding venue. I coordinated with a woman that was VERY helpful with my quote and GES outbid one of their competitors by over $1,000. The freight process was a little delayed (by over a week) but that was not GES's fault. My point of contact was very helpful in getting that fixed. I highly recommend their customer service and products!

Ordered chair cushions. The ones I wanted were out of stock, but they graciously shared when they would be restocked. I checked then, and placed my order. They were just what I was expecting, and at a very good price, even with shipping charges.
I was a bit hesitant, as reviews were mixed, but I’m happy with my purchase.
Two pieces of feedback: 1) on the website they had 2 types of cushions under one listing. The pictures were different based on color. That is very misleading, and I almost bought the wrong thing. 2) the tracking # never worked, but again the staff was able to share expected arrival.

The chairs were fine, but there was no communication after ordering. I had no tracking information or any idea when they would be arriving. They arrived when we were actually closed, but I just happened to be in the office. I had to unload all of the boxes by myself as I was unable to plan for when staff would be available to help.
