The finish on the chairs is awful, a real disappointment. It is supposed to be tortoise shell on 2 bamboo rattan folding chairs. It is completely missing in some places, and overdone and solidly dark in others. The package sat in Durham NC (20 mi. from our house) for a week, with notifications every day that it would be delivered the next day, until a kind woman called me to see if they had the right address and told me where it was. I drove over and picked it up. I am sending a printout of my tracking history to FedEx! I needed the chairs on 10/6 to take to the beach, and could not get them until 10/14, although they arrived in Durham on 9/27. Why couldn't they have been delivered to the Raleigh FedEx counter so that I could have picked them up here?
