For now, I continue to rely on HoloZyme, which has given me an almost normal stool (Bristol schedule no. 4 and between 4-5.

Holoimmune has been my daily supplement stack. This wonderfull supplement has not benefitted my gut but also my mood has got improved.

Drastically reduced my histamine allergies. I have tried many antihistamines medicine but couldn't control my recurring sneez and watery nose. I had been taking Diem's Histamine Digest PureMax. I had high hopes that Histamine Harmony would work dramatically better than that product and enable me to take a lot less of it for the same effects. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. By the way my body responds to it, Histamine Harmony seems to be equally if not less effective than the Diem product. I hope this helps other in their buying decision. I still love HealthyGut and will continue to use some of their other products.

HistaHarmony is amazing! I don't consider myself an allergy sufferer, I don't, and have never had itchy watery eyes, sneezing, nasal congestion or drip during allergy season when pollen is high, but various foods have always bothered my eyes and clogged up my nose; there are many foods that I typically avoid or eat in moderation just to minimize or mitigate the negative reaction(s) - HistaHarmony has been a game changer!

I noticed a difference within a couple hours of taking my first HistaHarmony tablet, my nasal passages seemed more open/clear, my eyes didn't have that gritty/dry feeling, and the aches/pains (especially in my back), knees, and hands seemed to minimize greatly! (nearly gone)

I took one HistaHarmony tablet everyday before bed for 10 days and felt pretty good (noticeable difference), but my symptoms (nasal congestion & aches) seemed to creep back in during the early afternoon, so I started taking two HistaHarmony tablets (AM & PM), and within a few days of bumping my dose to two tablets, I noticed a significant change and/or shift in the way I felt; within 1.5 weeks of taking my very first dose, I was feeling significantly better!

I am still experimenting with HistaHarmony and look forward to introducing more foods back into my diet; I have already reintroduced eggs after several years of avoiding them.

HistaHarmony tablets are more like small pellets, they are smaller (half size) of an eraser on the end of a pencil; they are very easy to swallow and come in a blister pack to protect them from oxygen exposure.

I have MCAS and I was excited to try your new HistaHarmony. So far it is really helping me with histamine reactions. I actually had a small section of avocado the other day and took a HisaHarmony and was pleasantly surprised that I had no reactions. Thank you Healthy Gut for your amazing products, I love them all.

A health coach from Healthy gut recommended me to take Holozyme before sleep , and since then I sleep better.

I suffer from MCAS for a while and recently I herd about Hista Harmony.
I liked the idea of opportunity to try it , and if that does not work for me to return it ( in 15 y I got so many supplements that my body did not tolerate, but could not return them). I got chance to talk to a health coach and he gave me advice which non so far gave to me-to take the enzyme before bed. So I started taking the Hista Harmony and Holozyme at the same time and my sleep got better and my digestion seems better . I will continui using it for a year , as the health coach had recommended .

I’ve noticed a big improvement in my digestion with HCL. I don’t have a gallbladder and feel like these help.

I didn't use it and returned it. I was sensitive to some of the ingredients.

I would give it a five star. Even though I found out my system could not tolerate it. It did do what it was supposed to do.
