So far so good! I purchased this for my seven year old son and husband who have bad seasonal allergies. The typical runny nose, itchy eyes and sneezing. They have been taking one a day to start and we are hoping that by starting it a bit before full on Spring is sprung it will help this season of allergic responses. The first time I took Holoimmune, I opened the capsule, sprinkled onto my 1-of-6-tolerated foods the smallest amount I could disengage, and waited in a state of mild fear.
