I have dysbiosis and histamine intolerance. I stick to a very strict diet, but still have bloating and brain fog. I keep hoping that I'll find something that will calm down my hyper immune reactions and repair my leaky gut, but most probiotic formulas make me bloated, uncomfortable, and tired. I have been healing from long haul, mold illness, and methane sibo. My gut hasn't been horrible but it hasn't been great. I can eat most foods just fine and I had been using other enzymes and hcl prior to this but I can tell these products are very effective and seem to work better for me. It also seems like I am losing less hair when showering so I feel like I'm actually absorbing protein/aminos better too! I've just been doing 1 cap with each meal and that seems to be plenty for me.
