I was told by customer service on the phone that the parts I was looking for were available on the website. I didn't think they were right but I ordered them on their advice. Paid for them plus shipping. They were the wrong parts. Now, if I return them I will have to pay shipping again. It would be a total of over a hundred dollars in shipping costs.
