I am a new customer but found that I will now be a repeat. The pot I received was masterfully crafted with an attention to detail and precision. Prices were more then reasonable and shipping was lightning fast. Overall I would say Chuck and company are a total class act that merit further business. They have a stellar future ahead of them. I wish them all the luck in the world.

I am veeerrryyy happy with my Bonsai pots. I have seen many handmade pots that look like little kids made them as far as quality. Not so with these , nice attention to detail and they all sat level no wobble or anything. I would/will buy from them again!!!

Well, I love the pot and that is foremost. My next comment did not prevent me from purchasing the pot.
And I had a very nice chat with the owner about the web site which at a minor point seems clunky but not intuitive. He agreed and wants to get it solved.
Will come here first when looking for more pots.

I got 2 pots and am extremely impressed! The pots are well made and fairly heavy. They are a good size for my bonsai.
