The platform was helpful even though I was behind, but they were happy to compromise with me and matched me with Caitlin. Caitlin was a fantastic mentor, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was on time, consistent, and reliable. She continues to be a great mentor even after the veterinary application cycle. Caitlin knows exactly what she's doing.

A 3.94 and a 521 should open doors, but I didn't get in the first time I applied to medical school. After considering my options and feeling a little sorry for myself, I found Inspira Advantage.
I was matched with Lauren, and she figured out the problem faster than I expected. My essays were safe. Professionally written, grammatically clean, and completely forgettable. Lauren had a way of asking questions that pulled out the actual story underneath everything and then she'd push me to put that version on the page instead.
We also did a full school list audit. I had applied too broadly in my first cycle without enough thought about fit, which meant my secondaries lacked quite a bit. The difference in my second cycle was night and day!! 11 interview invitations, and five acceptances. I was even accepted to my first-choice school! Thank you Inspira!

Dr. Hannah Seger has truly changed my perspective on the entire process of veterinary school application. Before I began my journey with Inspira Advantage I lacked confidence in myself as a candidate and viewed the process as unattainable and overwhelming. Having an advisor, especially one like Hannah helped me grow in the way I represent myself through my interviews, CASPER prep and essays. I grew in confidence, developed a deeper understanding of the application process, and learned how to interview at an advanced professional level. It is not even a month after the VMCAS deadline, and I already have my first interview! I highly recommend if you are looking at applying for veterinary school to consider signing up for this program.

My mentor is Benjamin Popokh. He is amazing! He has given me so much guidance on my extracurricular activities and how to best craft my application. I have just finished my freshman year and am feeling hopeful about my application thanks to Benjamin. I went from feeling stressed about my activities to confident and hopeful because of him!

Inspira paved the way for my application process. Inspira has boosted my confidence in this cycle and my abilities to write essays within fixed deadlines, truly making me feel organized and prepared for what was coming next in this cycle. I receive prompt and personalized feedback with any questions or essays that I would like to review, and they truly care about every aspect of the application, answering any question I may have. I can definitely say that I would not have been as organized or successful without their guidance and thorough knowledge of this process.

Working with Joann Hedge has been an absolute blessing. From the very beginning, Joann went above and beyond”personally researching schools that matched my goals, checking in regularly, and making sure I felt supported every step of the way. Her responsiveness is unmatched”whether by email or text, Joann was always available and lightning-fast with her replies.
What truly sets her apart is her genuine care and dedication. She didn't just guide me through the admissions process; she motivated me, kept my spirits high during the tougher moments, and constantly pushed forward with a level of energy and optimism that's truly inspiring.
Joann is not just a counselor”she's a relentless advocate, a cheerleader, and a trusted guide. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me navigate this journey. She is, without a doubt, a fabulous counselor and an incredible asset to Inspira Advantage.

I worked with tutor Tom Lagen for my MCAT preparation, and had a wonderful experience throughout the process. When I first came to Tom, I had been experiencing frustration with feeling like I was hitting a wall in my MCAT prep. Tom provided me with the encouragement that I needed, was extremely punctual and effective in his communication, was available to meet as often as I needed to feel comfortable, and had profound knowledge in all areas for the test. From the time I began working with him to my final MCAT score from test day, he helped me increase my score by 10+ points. I highly recommend.

Andrew is a great advisor, good at communicating and very insightful with his essay edits. Good at meeting me where I am and discussing what help I actually need and where. Made the whole secondaries season much less stressful knowing a knowledgeable pair of eyes in reviewing it before I send it off.
