I spoke with many MBA consultants before deciding on Inspira Futures. After my initial call with Julie, I knew I had found the right partner and signed on shortly thereafter. Starting from the initial call, I could tell that my consultant really cared about her clients' success and went above and beyond in order to ensure it. Once I officially signed on, she took the time to really get to know me - my background, personal experiences, and future goals. When it was time to tackle essays, she pushed me on our topic calls to really get me to open up and create the best possible narrative to put forth in my application. She was also firm when it was necessary and kept me on a strict and rigorous schedule in order to make sure I would be able to get everything done by the deadlines. As I came from a unique background, she and I knew it was crucial to tell my story in a compelling way that aligned with my overall narrative; she did not disappoint in helping do that. I can say with confidence that my applications would not have been nearly as effective without the help and guidance of Inspira Futures. I got into Stanford and Wharton on a scholarship!
I have already recommended Inspira Futures to several of my close friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks me about hiring an MBA consultant. Take the initial call with Inspira Futures and you will see what makes them different and why the decision to work with them is an easy one.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Inspira Futures on a comprehensive package for my application to Columbia Business School. My consultant was an incredible resource and advisor throughout the entire process. Her guidance and support enabled me to optimize and highlight the strengths of my candidacy, eventually leading to an acceptance to my first choice and dream school, Columbia Business School.
Due to the fact that I applied as a both a round 3 applicant and a reapplicant to CBS, I had the pleasure of working with her for over six months.
While the business school application process is naturally a long, introspective, and stressful time, she did an amazing job of being a true partner throughout the whole process. She constantly impressed me with her ability to provide direct, honest feedback in a polite manner. She responded to essay drafts and general questions very reliably and timely. Separately, I was pleasantly surprised with how much time she spent with me digging deep into my personal and professional background to help me effectively present my goals and story.
After being rejected by CBS following the submission of my round 3 application, she provided clarity as I was not fully sure if I wanted to reapply. She was not pushy and provided encouragement during a time when I was very discouraged.
During my reapplication process, her advice drove me to seek ways to improve my candidacy both professionally and through extracurriculars. After receiving an interview invite during my reapplication process, she thoroughly prepared me for my interview. I entered the interview fully prepared and I subsequently received an acceptance to CBS within a week.
In addition to her guidance, the Inspira Futures team also provided phenomenal resources that supplemented my research and preparation phase. The Inspira Futures team's effective admissions committee trial run also provided amazing feedback from the perspective of an experienced former admissions committee member.
Overall, I highly recommend Inspira Futures team to anyone looking to apply to a competitive MBA program! Even if I had not received admission into my dream school, I believe working with Inspira Futures put me in the best position to apply to my programs of choice. I cannot thank Inspira Futures team enough for helping me achieve my goal!

I used Inspira Futures this past year and only have the best things to say. As a someone reapplying for the second time, I knew the process well and just needed a knowledgeable external party who could take a look at my essays and general application. My counselor gave me specific and actionable feedback with a very short turnaround. Initially I was hesitant to use a consultant given the costs but it was well worth it.
He was responsive, friendly, professional, and most importantly, he genuinely cared about seeing me admitted. His feedback helped to tighten up my stories and improve the flow of my overall application. He also raised some bigger questions that I could later go back to and resolve myself. Overall, it was a huge value add and I would recommend him to anyone (at any stage of the MBA admissions process). I am thrilled to be heading to Stanford in the fall - thanks Inspira Futures!

I came to Inspira to help with all parts of my application, but I found the mock interview preparation especially useful. Understanding what admissions committees are looking for and how to talk about myself without stumbling was key to my success! 10/10.

When you are looking for an MBA consulting firm, you want one that has a reputation that draws on the caliber of its consultants and has the expertise and experience across the schools that you are interested to apply to.
Inspira Futures demonstrated that from the beginning to me. Just speaking with Julie for thirty minutes, she was able to provide insights and bring her expertise to bear on my application. Inspira Futures also stood out from other firms in that they cater to candidates coming in from every stage of the application process. In my case, they were willing to partner and go "all-in" with me even though I had only three weeks remaining for the R2 deadlines.
I worked with Alex as my consultant and I could not have asked for a better MBA consultant. Alex is one of the most professional individuals I have the pleasure of working with over my 12-year career. He was personally invested throughout the whole process and brought his considerable skills and expertise in each step of the application. His partnership helped to showcase my accomplishments and my personal story to its fullest. Even then, just by working with him, I was able to improve on my personal communication skills and bring that back to how I communicate at work and at a personal level.
Alex was a partner whom I could completely trust and rely on throughout the application process. He was responsive and would usually reply within a few hours. He worked with me on the deadlines and was available whenever I needed him. He added a personal touch as well, checking in on me and my recovery when I fell sick during the application process. Thinking back, I'm just floored by the level of effort and passion he brought in every stage of the application. Based on his dedication, I know it is not just a job to him, but a role where he is personally invested to help you achieve your goals. Alex is someone whom I am honored to partner with and hope to continue a friendship with even after my application process.
I applied to the Stanford GSB program and it was a moonshot for me given how challenging it is to enter the program and how I had only three weeks to prepare the application, obtain letters of recommendation, and study for the GRE. Yet, with Alex's help, I was able to overcome all these and obtain an admissions offer from the Stanford GSB. Thank you, Alex!

My Background: non-traditional STEM undergrad, <5 years of start-up experience (business ops / analytics)
Post-MBA Goal: product management / entrepreneurship
I first had the chance to connect with Inspira three years ago when I signed up for a free 30-min consulation. Frankly, I was not expecting much as I had already gone through the same process with consultants from a couple of other firms. However, Inspira's genuine, client-focused attitude was a pleasant surprise, something I personally did not notice elsewhere. During our 30-min call, Julie quickly recognized that, while I had potential, it's best for me to work for at least a couple of years before applying. That turned out to be the best professional advice I've ever received and summarizes her well. The sincere approach she brings to her clients is a unique quality that made her a wonderful partner through my journey.
So when I felt ready to apply last Fall, I reached out to Julie again without hesitation and signed up for the Complete Package. Yes it is expensive, but I personally believe it is worth every penny and insignificant considering how much full-time MBA programs end up costing IF you can find the right consultant for you. What Inspira offers is much more than just helping you get into the highest-ranked program. From the beginning, my consultant, Allie, helped me learn more about myself by asking incisive questions and make sure that I apply to the right programs. When you get to your essays, her constructive feedback will improve your structure/grammar/etc while ensuring that you don't lose your authentic voice. Her comments are very specific and actionable. They will make you reflect on your past experiences rigorously and help you develop more compelling narratives. This was extremely important for me as I was coming from a non-traditional (i.e. non-consulting/finance) background.
Personally, the most impactful moment happened last Summer, about two months before the Round 1 deadlines. I had planned to apply to five schools in Round 1, but was still working on my first application and falling behind very quickly due to my busy work schedule. During our check-in call, Allie expressed her genuine concern and made it clear that 1) I would not be able to apply to all five unless I pushed harder and 2) she was in it together and would do whatever she can do as my partner to help me succeed. Thanks to her guidance/support, I was able to submit all my applications successfully in Round 1 and will be going to my dream school this Fall!

With little more than three weeks to apply to my three dream schools (Kellogg, Tuck, Yale SOM), I had very little room for error and no time to waste.
Insert: Inspira Futures.
After a speed dating rotation (i.e. free 30-minute trials) with the most highly recommended MBA consultants available, I signed with Inspira Futures believing he could provide something I just could not get working on my own. I could not have been more right!
My Inspira's counselor is an extraordinary coach. From the moment I signed on, I felt that he was as invested in my success as I was. With such a tight deadline, it was invaluable to have a counselor whose feedback I trusted wholeheartedly. His advice is the product of having worked with hundreds of applicants, and I felt the value of it through every step of the application process.
As a career switcher into brand management, I specifically appreciated his guidance in crafting a detailed career goals plan. He helped me identify my transferrable skills, coached me through informational interviews with professionals at various levels of their marketing careers, and even put me in touch with his own contacts!
In three short weeks, he motivated me through his entire process of approaching MBA applications. When I finally pressed SUBMIT, I was confident that I had put the best me forward in my applications and I would have no regrets regardless of outcome.
As he has often reminded me, it's not where you begin, it's where you finish. In hindsight, I know exactly how different my application would have been with and without his help. I feel so blessed to have made the choice I did to work with Inspira Futures.

I worked with Gabriel last year on both my Round 1 and Round 2 applications for business school. Gabriel and I met early on in the process and he helped me frame my story for why I wanted to go to business school and what I would contribute. Throughout the process, Gabriel helped me construct my broader pitch, refine my essays, and prepare for interviews.
I found Gabriel to be valuable across all three of these dimensions. His ability to offer constructive, candid feedback is a great asset and not something you will get at all admissions services. In particular, I would recommend Gabriel's ability to coach through interviews. His practice interviews prepared me very well for the actual ones, with the questions often being virtually identical. He was even able to help me practice group interviews in a way that facilitated improvement.
Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend Gabriel and Inspira Futures. Working with him took a lot of stress out of the process and certainly improved my chances in what is often an uncertain admissions process.
I got accepted to Wharton which was my dream school!

My consultant from Inspira Futures was instrumental in helping with business school applications. Before working together, they take the time to get to know you and understand your goals. My consultant was incredibly personable, encouraging throughout an otherwise stressful process, and intelligent. She provided extremely insightful feedback that truly strengthened my essays. She also provided very constructive feedback and helpful interview tips after conducting interview prep; I had very successful interviews at both schools after following her recommendations from our feedback session. She caters to whatever schedule you are on and is very timely in her feedback. She made this process less stressful and less intimidating. I was admitted to both schools - Wharton and LBS, I applied to with scholarships. I would undoubtedly recommend Inspira Futures for any step in the business school application process!

I worked with Inspira Futures in the hopes of joining a full-time program in the fall. I chose to work with a consultant because when I had applied by myself the previous year, I had been denied from all six full-time MBA programs that I had applied to without any interview invites even though I felt I had competitive experiences and a GMAT score above the averages for all the programs.
I chose Inspira Futures for one main reason - they didn't treat me as just another customer to put into a preset program, but rather an individual with specific needs.
I began working directly with my consultant about seven months before application deadlines. For the first couple of months, we worked on understanding my life story and how that fit into my career goals. After that, we started narrowing down which programs would make sense for me to apply to and I eventually chose Stanford, Kellogg, Sloan & Darden. Though I gave myself seven months to work on my applications, he still helped me focus on what all needed to get done and I ended up spending time on most weeknights on my application and it definitely made a big difference in the end.
One area where he made the biggest difference was in my essays. I went through at least 3 revisions of each essay for each of the schools with some of the longer ones having 6-8 versions. His ability to let my voice shine through my applications while helping me sculpt my message was invaluable. He also set specific requirements for himself (feedback within 48 hours on anything I submitted to him for review) and stuck to it. One thing I especially appreciate in hindsight is that he never tried to make a decision for me (which schools to apply to, which life stories to use in my essays, etc), but rather helped by providing guidance on how to think through the problems and as a result become more intentional in my choices.
When I sent out my applications, I knew everything in my application - the essays, recommendations, education, and work information, etc. - was leagues beyond what I had submitted the previous year. While I had personal advancements that played a factor in this, the largest change was working with him.
I ended up interviewing at Stanford, Kellogg, and Darden. I was then accepted into Kellogg and Darden with scholarships at each while being waitlisted at Stanford. I simply could not have imagined this being a possibility after I had been rejected from six programs just a year earlier.
By the end of the MBA application cycle, he became more than just a consultant. In fact, when I got the good news for my acceptances, he was the first person I contacted after my family to tell the good news.

My brother in law referred to Inspira Futures and I have not regretted even a single day after I accepted their services.
To start the proceeding, I had a small 20-30 minute telephonic session with their academic director and she got to know about me, what my background was and what my expectation were from Inspira Futures. After the session I was assigned to my admissions consultant. The next day, I had session with him and he gave a brief of what our plan would be and how we will approach the whole admission cycles.
He was very professional and extremely helpful. My first task was to find the schools I am interested in applying to. I was struggling to find the school and I told him about it. He carefully reviewed my profile and delved deep into which schools will be best fit for me. Once the school selection was done, he polished my resume. He did minute but extremely significant tweaks to my resume. After 2-3 revision, my resume was all good to go. One of other advantage I had while working with him was time. I had approached Inspira Futures around May 2018, so I had a good 6 months' time before the round 1 deadlines. Next on our agenda were the Essays. I think essays are the most important aspect of the MBA application. We normally think that GMAT or our work experience will land us a good MBA school.
From what I have seen, that is not the case. The essays introduce you to the admission committee and that is why you need consultants like him who can really combine the all the pieces of your personality and experience, and come up with a good story about you. Yes, you can do the essay yourself and submit them to your friend/relative to help. But getting a professional help for your essays is not a bad option. He used to ask me to research about each school I was applying to and come up with draft versions of essay. Once I wrote the essays, he will review each line and add comments for the important pieces I have missed. I was really happy that someone is paying so much attention to each line and word I am writing. The edits suggested by him were extremely helpful. For essays too, he took 2-3 revisions and then we came up with the final version. For one of the essays he even got it reviewed by one of the admission committee member. It just goes to say that he can go lengths to make his clients happy and make them succeed.

Inspira Futures made going to b-school feasible. When I finally realized I was ready to pursue an MBA, I was worried the cost and lost wages from a full-time program would make it impossible. Thankfully, my consultant helped me find and apply for scholarships. I can't articulate how grateful I am for the support I received - if you're thinking about going to business school, I'd highly recommend calling Inspira!

Inspira Futures is a fantastic and marvelous admissions consulting firm. Me and my couselor had lengthy discussions on how to frame the answers and he never really bothered about the time we spent. In this process, he ensured that we come up with the best answers. He worked well beyond his role of an advisor and a consultant and helped me more as a friend and a well-wisher. He also prepared me well for the interviews and ensured that I give strong responses. In addition, his coaching was insightful and effective. It was great working with him and I really enjoyed the interaction. I applied in the third round deadline, yet due to his strong inputs, I was able to make it to my dream school. I would not hesitate to say that the credit for my admissions to Stanford, Yale and London Business School goes to him.

Working with Inspira Futures proved to be a great decision for me. Essay editing and the organization of all my application submissions were extremely valuable, but the most essential aspect of our relationship was their ability to understand my story/ career goals and aid in clearly articulating them throughout my application. They were also helpful during school selection, identifying both target and reach programs based on my profile, as well as my future career aspirations. I am heading to NYU Stern this year for my MBA.
Overall, I would strongly recommend Inspira Futures to help understand your unique personal brand and to connect your narrative with your post-MBA plans. Be prepared to put in the effort as she will do everything to get you admits to your dream school, but can't do all the work for you!

I can still remember the rush of joy I felt when I opened my acceptance letter to Stanford. Balancing MBA applications with work and my responsibilities wasn't always easy, but my consultant's consistent support and encouragement helped me keep my morale up when I was feeling low - the Inspira team is friendly, and I never once felt judged when I would share my worries.

My GMAT score was above average, but I was worried it wouldn't be enough to secure admission to the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Thankfully, the Inspira Futures team was eager to work around my availability and edit my resume, essays, and application documents until I was confident enough to submit them. Thanks, Inspira!

I recommend working with Inspira Futures to anyone who is serious about applying to top MBA programs. I began working with my consultant, through the MBA Comprehensive Package about 18 months before I applied to schools. Through the Package, we identified opportunities to strengthen my application profile with enough time to make important improvements. Many of the improvements became core pieces of my essays and interview answers.
Since I had already been working together for a year, me and my counselor were in a great position to hit the ground running when essays and applications were released. She was very responsive, genuinely interested in my success and provided excellent, school-specific feedback. Her experience as as a full-time MBA admissions officer prior to Inspira Futures allowed her to provided expert advice on each application and guidance navigating the stressful application process.
With her insight and the support of the entire Inspira Futures team, I was admitted to my Wharton and look forward to attending this year! If you are serious about attending an elite MBA program, starting with Inspira Futures as early as possible

I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel during the application process for M7 programs. Although I had a strong profile in terms of undergrad reputation, GPA, test scores and work experience, I knew that admission to the M7 programs would be highly competitive. Before I decided to work with Gabriel, I did my research and narrowed my options between one of the largest consulting companies and Inspira Futures. With pricing being relatively equal, I decided to go with Inspira Futures. Gabriel's academic pedigree is second to none. He knows exactly what it takes to get into a top MBA program because he has a top MBA degree and has worked with countless students who have successfully achieved admission into the top programs. As the other reviewers mention, he has a no BS approach, which is really helpful. You get exactly what you sign up for - a super experienced consultant and advisor who helps you navigate the confusing MBA admissions process. His services were absolutely worth every penny because he helped me construct a compelling story (while keeping my own voice) and distinguish myself from other top applicants. He really pushes you to produce the best work of which you are capable. Applying to the M7 programs is a daunting process but Gabriel made the process more manageable and seamless. I am really happy to say that I already got accepted to Stanford and am excited to hear back from others in round 2. I would absolutely recommend Gabriel to anyone looking to gain admission to a top program. He is a really nice guy who is extremely intelligent and exceptionally talented at what he does.

I had an amazing experience working with Inspira Futures. Right from the beginning, my counselor was dedicated to crafting my story and gave me the perfect amount of time, resources and guidance to make my MBA aspirations a reality. One thing that stood out about Inspira Futures was their accessibility and their genuine desire to see you succeed. I was able to call my counselor many times, stressed and panicky about deadlines or decisions and she was always responsive and a calming influence during an extremely hectic and anxious time. I talked to various MBA consultants before choosing Inspira Futures and I can objectively say that unlike others, Inspira Futures doesn't look at you as a project or a statistic to bolster their business but instead as someone they want to see succeed. They went above and beyond for my application, going so far as to give me feedback on my other applications and essays which is just what any MBA applicant needs. I heartily recommend Inspira Futures and hope that you have the privilege of working with Inspira Futures! My success of getting into Wharton is attributable to Inspira Futures hands down!!
