Exceptional customer service
Purchased a GH5 and 12-35mm lens which arrived quickly, brand new, never unboxed, original packaging... i.e. all as expected. There appeared to be a factory issue with this camera in that the serial number had never been embossed on the label on the bottom of the camera. This was not spotted until 2 months after purchase when I came to insure the camera for extended use abroad and the insurer required the serial number. As soon as I reported this issue to Instashot their customer service was exceptional. Do not be put off by the absence of a customer service phone number, live chat is instant and email responses very quick. Within a matter of days they had arranged a courier to pick up the original camera, sent me regular updates of the progress of the replacement camera which I now have and all is in order.
