I just wanted to say thank you for your products and quick deliver for my 4 swaddles that I purchased a few weeks ago.
One of the zips though has completely snapped off from washing it after purchase.
I was wondering if I could return it and get the same one back if possible.

Not happy at all, after the first or second wash the fabric shrinks and my kids are not comfortable in it anymore, as soon as I took it out of packaging was perfect, after 2 washes the fabric was not the same, very disappointing specially when it’s a expensive product, I’ll do my research better the next time
