The zipper keeps separating between the two zippers. There is obviously an issue with the zipper contact points. Have used it all week, but have to keep fixing the zipper when ever I take it in or off. For the expense it’s a disappointment.

I contacted them (australia post) the directed me to contact the company (you guys) and i have yet to get a response as to when i will get a refund or get sent a new product. It’s realky unfair because i have purchased and paid for this order weeks ago and have yet to receive anything.
