Great item. As we live in such a hot climate, I had these (light 0.2 tog) for my first child but from 12-18mths and she slept very well in them. As its so hot now (Jan) and my son runs hot anyway, he has already kicked off his swaddling at 8 weeks, so this has been perfect to give him some sort of covering, but also keep him cool through the night. Hes already sleeping 5-6hours at night now and I do think its because he is so comfortable. Would definitely recommend them, their great quality and the service is great too!

More pros than cons with this one. Lovely and light for this hot weather we are having, love the design with the zip at the side and the cute little animal on the front is adorable. One con is that I find the material twists and gets wrapped around her legs.

We wanted to use the swaddle up original as our little one’s hands and feet got cold at night time and no matter how we swaddle her she always got out. She weighed 4.4kgs at the time of purchase so we ordered the size s but the swaddle up original would not close on her. We ended up gifting it to a pregnant friend. We bought the swaddle up lite (same size s) in baby bunting. That was a really good fit and she slept well in it. Now she is 5.2 kgs that doesn’t fit her anymore either. Maybe she is just to long for it at 56cm? I thought it was very expensive to have the sizing wrongly advertised

This was brilliant in assisting with the transition from full swaddle to arms free. We achieved it in a day and a half. The only downside is that now my baby often wakes up with deep zipper marks on her arms from when the arm holes get bunched up beneath her while sleeping. Otherwise I think the product is fantastic!
