I just wanted to to say thank you... I had a 7 week preemie baby n couldn't get her to settle at when she come home... We found this and I haven't looked back since my baby girl absolutely loves her swaddle we even bought her two cus she is so small lol

We love the Love to dream swaddles. We started out with the muslin wraps but found Madeline was either pulling the wrap up over her face or was pulling her arms out and getting really cold. We tried the swaddles and with in a night or 2 she was and is sleeping much better than with the wraps. She immediately settles when the swaddle get put on her.

I was skeptical to start with all the positive reviews i gave in and bought a 2.5 tog for our little girl as she continued to wriggle out her wraps. She loves it as her hands are up and gives her more freedom.

Wanted to say thank you to the customer service team for their excellent customer service! I recently purchase a winter warmer 2.5 tog sleep suit and it did not fit my son properly. I called customer service who advised me that some of these suits were labelled incorrectly and I was advised to write an email with what had happened/where I had purchased/and copy of my receipt and they would send me a new suit. Kerri was amazing to deal with and she was kind and patient in explaining what had happened and the new suit was quick to arrive in the mail.
It was great to have personalised service and a friendly person on the other end of the phone when I called.
I have always been a fan of these suits, and I will continue to recommend and use them in the future.
