After purchasing this we went from sleeping for only 3 hours at a time too a long 7-8 hour stretch. I started introducing it for her late afternoon nap and she then slept 7 hours past bath time and everything.
The swaddle words wonders and stops her from startling herself awake but still enough room for her to fidget and settle off back to sleep. Unlike a normal swaddle she would find it too constricting or would wiggle out of it

My baby transitioned from swaddling to Love to Dream so well that I was quite surprised! She always loved having her hands up near her face and fought to try to free them from the swaddling. Love the Love to Dream bags and have used them since our son was born. The 2.5 tog inventa is great for winter. It's nice and thick, cosy, love the zips for easy access to change nappies, the air vent is a great feature and we love that you can still buckle up because of the holes in it. Very happy with out purchase.
