Love the product. However at checkout there was no where to put my 10% off coded, so went through with the purchase and contacted the customer care team directly, twice, with no response still. Bad customer service in this instance- once the purchase is made they have made their money. Unfortunate.

Got a small size for my 4.5kg bub and it was too tight. Upon requesting a return or exchange, i was blamed for buying the wrong size. They wont accept return as the seal of pack is open. What a joke! How wlse would i have known? Wont be buying again.

Hi Ayesha - thanks for your feeedback. It is important that your baby wears the correct size SWADDLE UP, which would indeed be a size small based on his weight of 4.5kg. A medium SWADDLE UP or transitional product would be too loose, which could be unsafe. The SWADDLE UP is meant to be a snug fit and we have conducted countless product tests and trials to ensure that the weight range caters for all bubs. As regards the return, due to stringent health and safety regulations, we can only accept items for return or exchange in their original condition – unused, unwashed - unopened or with packaging but most importantly in a resalable condition, in line with our Returns Policy: https://lovetodream.com.au/refunds-exchange-policy
