Where We Met Map Print
It's a great gift but the preview online looked much better than the map in person.
Response from Positive Prints
Hello Janet,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! I am sorry that our product has disappointed you.
In the preview, which is small and in much lower resolution, the thin, correct road lines that we use for our maps would be unnoticeable, so we make them bold. Unfortunately, we can not change this. The preview (72dpi) is a very small image compared to the actual print file (300dpi). We inform about it in the order confirmation and also in our map creator. The quality of our products is our main concern.
We take your feedback to heart and will do everything we can to make sure we learn from it and improve.
Thank you for helping us to become better for you.
I wish you the best!

Birthday Star Map Print
I love the custom star map! I read almost all the reviews and there is lots of positive feedback. I also read how they responded to negative feedback and it seems they are committed to doing what they can for customer satisfaction so I felt good about ordering from them. My customized star map canvas was flawless. It also arrived on a day that my roof leaked so it made my day that this present for a friend was in top condition. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. My only little suggestion (because it's not a critique) is to have a few more size options.
Response from Positive Prints
Hello Laura,
Thank you so much for this feedback! We note your excellent suggestion about a few more size options and we hope we'll be able to incorporate them in the future!
We are very happy to hear that we met all of your expectations. I appreciate the time you took to tell us about it!
On behalf of everyone, thanks so much for choosing us. I wish you all the best!

Easy to customize, very well made, and the canvas was expertly hung on its frame. Much better than other options I tried from other companies that I returned due to low quality.
