It was the perfect gift! And though there was a glitch in shipping, the customer service was excellent and took care of the issue promptly. I would highly recommend!

FUN idea - I need to get the digital copy printed. If you have a 1st anniversary, this was a great "paper" gift <3

First, after completing my purchase - PositivePrints reached out to me to tell me that they no longer have black frames available. Okay, guess I'll settle for the black frame.
Then, deliver was pushed multiple days for whatever reasons unknown.
When the frame and print arrived, the print was damaged due to the tightness of the tape on the super thin paper surrounding the print.
The "frosted" glass makes it difficult to see the print, unless the print is pressed right up against it, but because of the design of the frame and the back pins, you can't get the print pressed right up to the "frosted" glass.
All in all, would not use PositivePrints again for any future gifts.

Very cute and great quality. My only issue was how long it took fedex to pickup and eventually deliver to me, but positive prints itself was great, quick, and simple to order!

Love the poster! It does seem slightly pricey, but I'm happy with how it turned out.
Response from Positive Prints
Hello Jeremy,
We are happy to hear that you love your map!
We're sorry you found the star map itself expensive. We print our posters on museum-quality 200gsm Matte Fine-Art paper that brings out the details. This makes the posters more durable but also a bit more expensive. The quality of our products is our main concern.
We take your feedback to heart and will do everything we can to make sure we learn from it and improve.
Thank you for helping us to become better for you.
I wish you the best!

I found the image to be a lot lighter and faded in color than what I imagined when selecting custom colors online. I tried taking photos of it for Instagram but it looked even lighter with the streets not very visible.
Response from Positive Prints
Hi Kaitlyn,
Thanks for your feedback! Your opinion is very important to us.
Standard computer or cell monitors only support 60-70% of the sRGB gamut, which makes it virtually impossible to judge colors on the screen. If we add to this the lack of any screen calibration in our devices, it turns out that the photos seen on these screens are far from reality.
Additionally, such monitors tend to emit blue light, which causes color distortions.
In order to properly assess the colors of the printout on the monitor, you must have professional equipment that supports 100% sRGB gamut and correctly performed calibration. Only this can guarantee that the colors seen will be the same as in the printout.
I hope that you will still love it, even with a slightly more light background than you were expecting.
I wish you all the best!
