Anniversary Star Map Print
I received my order and it looks wonderful, what a special gift. My first print came and somehow got wet at the bottom right corner, seems it may have happened in route, maybe on the delivery truck. However, I contacted customer service and got an immediate response from Adrianna, apologizing for the mishap and letting us know that a new print was being shipped that day, at no cost to us. As noted, this time the print was great. It's very nice to know that there are still companies out there who take pride in their customer service, kudos Positive Prints, thank you!

Super. Danke
Response from Positive Prints

Stars On Wedding Day Print
The map had an issue with overlapping planets where the planet names were illegible. Adrianna informed me by email and helped me solve the issue by adjusting the time I set. That was an option which I decided to do and am glad. Thanks for paying attention to detail ~X~
