Hi Jodi, Thanks for your feedback! Your opinion is very important to us. I'm sorry to hear that the map hasn't met your expectations. Could you please tell us what could we improve We'll work on a solution that will allow us to make custom maps better for you. We print our posters on durable, 200 gsm fine-art matte paper. It's a museum-quality paper that's made to bring out all the intricate details of your map to life. Majority of posters on the market use 130-160 gsm paper. It makes the product more expensive but we don't want to sacrifice quality for the price. You ordered your print on May 5 and, according to the tracking information, received it on May 14. As we specify in our FAQ https://positiveprints.com/frequently-asked-questions/, delivery to the US can take up to 7 working days, and we need 1-2 days to prepare your print. We're sorry if that's too long. We're constantly researching new partnerships with shipping carriers to provide you with more delivery options. We take your feedback to heart and will do our utmost to ensure that we learn from it and avoid such situations in the future. Thank you for helping us to become better for you.
