Online shopping is hit or.miss....but this is a hit every time. To say I'm shocked by the quality and service is putting it mildly,I made a mistake on an order, emailed positive prints couple of hours later, and not only did they fix it,they sent me better suggestions !! Bought 2 items so far for special occasions and when I've handed the gift over both times I've been asked where I purchased.......I'm not giving that secret up !!! Cannot recommend the professionalism, and helpfulness of positive prints enough...fully recommend without hesitation !

Moon Phase Poster Print
I choose this companxly, because they do the correct view of the moon. The only "complain" I have is the glass... It would be more elegant in my opinion If it is real Glass and not plastic. But other than that, I Love it!
Response from Positive Prints
Thank you for your feedback!
We opted for plexiglass rather than glass for several important reasons. Contrary to common belief, plexiglass is actually superior for poster frames. It has higher impact resistance, meaning it requires more force to break, and it's resistant to corrosion, which can unfortunately affect glass over time.
We appreciate your understanding and your suggestion. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Personalized Letter Photo Collage
I ordered the 'Legend Retires' frame. Unfortunately some of the photos added were not the greatest quality. Positive Prints however, were not only very quick at responding, they offered advice and alternative solutions in order to get the best out of the photos provided. Excellent company, would certainly recommend them and use them again. Thank you PP.
