I think the print is great just thought it was going to have the address as well as the latitude and longitude so it could be identified? Thank you Tim I
Response from Positive Prints
Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to us!
When it comes to the address, our map editor tool allows each customer to choose the title of the map themselves, and this title can, but doesn't have to include the location name. Since you chose a title that didn't include the location, the place selected by you wasn't named on the map. The geographical coordinates of the location do appear on the map.

I bought a print on canvas for my husband for our anniversary, a map of our wedding location. It is absolutely beautiful and the quality is even better than I expected. Everything is clear and crisp and it looks great on our wall! My only complaint is that there was no "marker" on the spot I indicated when ordering, which would have marked exactly where our ceremony was held on the map. Regardless, I'm still happy with the purchase and I would recommend this company!
Response from Positive Prints
Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you loved the canvas print of your wedding location and that it exceeded your expectations in quality.
We apologize for the missing marker and appreciate your understanding.
After a close look at the order in the system, I see that the marker was off the map. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
For future orders, you can write to us at any time and we will make the necessary changes to your order.
Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we're glad you're happy with your purchase overall.
