I got this as a gift for my girlfriend. The package arrived six days later than expected.. But that was due to being Christmas time. And all the mail igoing out so that was not a big deal. I contacted the company to see if they could look into that for me and they did. My girlfriend absolutely loved it .it was very professionally made.. Will definitely be ordering from this company in the future.
