AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! The order came damaged, and the quality of the paper is embarrassing to give as a gift and they refuse to refund me.
Response from Positive Prints
Dear Renee,
We regret to hear about the inconvenience you experienced. However, we haven't received any images from you to substantiate your claims. Initially, you cited damages, and later, you mentioned quality issues, but unfortunately, we have not received any evidence supporting these statements.
If you provide us with the necessary images, we'd be more than willing to assist you and address your concerns accordingly.
Best regards,
Positive Prints Team
