Response from Positive Prints

We wanted to follow up on this and genuinely would like to understand what happened.
We previously asked you to contact us directly with the additional information, but unfortunately, we haven’t received a response. We also contacted you directly by email, but we have not heard back from you.
In the meantime, we were able to locate one of the orders mentioned in your review. We checked the Moon phase for the date provided with that order, and our records show that it was a full moon, which matches the Moon shown on the poster.
However, we have not been able to locate the second order you mentioned. We would therefore still very much like to investigate this properly.
If you contact us with the second order number (or the email/name used to place it) and photos of both posters, we’ll be happy to review everything and help resolve the issue.
We’re ready to look into this, but we need a little more information from you to do so.

Consigliati.
