A great gift that blew-away my wife. Quality was solid and, while a little more expensive than it should have been, was a good buy.

Grazieeeeeee

Hi,
So, everything went fine but I was dissapointed when printed the image. It was only 1,5 Mb and so could not make it bigger than an A4 paper sheet.
It should be a bigger enough file, so that it can reach the selected size in the website when printed.
And it should be nicer to be able to choose the size of the red heart, but this is a suggestion.
Regards,
Raquel.

Hello Raquel!Thank you for giving us such a big rate Im really sorry to hear that you face that kind of problem while printing our poster! Your file should cover a 30x40cm page without any quality loss. Ive checked and we didnt receive any e-mail from you - please, contact us, so we can investigate what happened and help you to print a perfect poster! Maybe you downloaded the preview and no actual file? Or maybe the printing place, that was supposed to print your digital file, compressed our picture? We will do our best to solve it! Also, thank you so much for your suggestion about the hearts size - we are taking it to our hearts and notes Wish you best!
