Response from Positive Prints
Ciao Giulia! I made numerous mistakes on my order. I contact them within a few hours of ordering and all changes were accepted.
The print came quickly and was beautiful. Unfortunately the frame had been damaged in transit. I let them know as soon as this was noticed and the issue was dealt with quickly.
Thank you so much for such a painless experience despite issues and a fantastic framed print.
