Never got a tracking email and didn't receive an email that it was delivered until a week after I had received it. I reached out to someone about not getting a tracking email and she said that it was being prepared for shipment and as soon as it was shipped I would get an email with the tracking. Never did
Response from Positive Prints
Hello Madysen!Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are terribly sorry about this situation.Ive checked our automatic emails about this order we sent to you. The email with the tracking link was sent to you on July 21, 2022, at 1023 pm. The package was successfully delivered to you on July 18. This definitely shouldnt have happened. Please accept our humblest apologies. We will investigate why it happened and well do everything in our power to fix this bug.We are genuinely sorry for your disappointment. Stadtplan als Poster
Super Idee! Kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhaltnis.
Response from Positive Prints
Hallo!Danke fur deine Ruckmeldung.

Wedding Map Print
This was a 20th wedding anniversary gift for my husband. We met through a work email, and I thought he was a girl and then we met for the first time in real life at LAX. He is from Sweden. I am from Australia. The rest is history. This gift was perfect.
Response from Positive Prints
