Hello Will You I Do
Thank you - purchased the gift as a wedding anniversary present and was a BIG hit.
The frame was damaged in the post but that was more of a courier issue rather than the packaging.
Would recommend.

The design is unique but unfortunately the finished product doesnt match the product page digital mockup. I chose cosmic latte because of the beautiful different shades of blue in the starfield background creating geometric depth, but when I got the print, said blue is uniform resulting in a starfield background looking flat instead. Furthermore the adress option was faulty/lacking, resulting in our Having to manually insert proper coordinates via the additional text option.
Response from Positive Prints
Hello Katerina!Thank you for your opinion. We are extremely sorry to hear about your experience. It definitely shouldnt be like that. Unfortunately, I havent found any email from you regarding this case. Could you please send us pictures of the frame at hellopositiveprints.com? We will do everything in our power to help!We are looking forward to a response from you!

Wo Alles Begann Poster
Es ist eine wunderschone Geschenk Idee und bereitet viel Freude.
Wie es verpackt wurde fur die Lieferung ist auch toll gewesen, die Teile hatten keine Kratzer oder Einkerbungen, was auch extrem gut war.
