4x4 Traditional Pyramid Miterless Wood Post Cap™
Doing a bit of a remodel driven by need to incorporate a stairclimber. As can be expected this led to railing and baluster rework and yada, yada, yada…we rethought all associated items. I found your all-wood Post Caps to be nicely crafted and really like that it is tooled from a solid piece of wood which allows for no mitered joints. If used outdoors, I know from experience the mitered product will invariably fail over time.
One minor issue - approx. 1/4" was cut-off one corner of 2 of the 5 caps I purchased. Minimized the problem by rotating the cap to a position where this minor flaw was hardly noticeable, but was a little surprised by it, nonetheless.
Bottomline - I will definitely be purchasing more of your miterless caps.
