I recently installed a new mail box post. The new cedar post is a 6 x 6 and has a great street presence. I purposely left the very top of the post flat because I new I wanted a statement finish. Even though I considered a copper or brass top somehow neither of those options seemed right. After searching and finding Post Cap Depot and discovering the motherless wood cap I knew that that was the correct way to finish the post. It fit like a dream and really makes a statement. I highly recommend post cap depot .A perfect way to “cap” things off.
