As noisy as a tractor.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Dehumidifier with Max Extraction
After 5 minutes of good working, the device become to vibrate and make a strong noise, unbearable even if you put it in another room and close the door. I am trying to contact with Pro Breeze but no one answers my mails. In their page they say that YOU must pay for the return, except in case of faulty product, which is my case. I made a video and sent to them, I had other dehumidifiers, some of them really noisy, but this one is like an old tractor. I was not going to write this, a faulty product is somethig that can happens to any company, but not to answer the mails (today is the second day that I have no notices) is really serious.
