Good, but too expensive
OmniDry 20L Quiet Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
Good device. Does what it's supposed to. However, it's too expensive. A comparison with other markets suggests that the current high demand has driven up the price.

Great part.
12L Compact Dehumidifier
The dehumidifier runs great and draws water out of the room properly. I have it in the laundry room and it starts automatically and does its job. I have no problem with it so far. I led the drain into the sink.

Heel tevreden over mijn aankoop.

It fulfills its function
12L Compact Dehumidifier
It was a great purchase for winter use. It does its job perfectly and kept my son's room damp all winter long without taking up much space.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of progress and support regarding my international shipment. The parcel was processed at the German origin parcel center on Friday, July 3rd, 2026. Since then, there has been absolutely no tracking update for over 8 days.
When I reached out to customer support, I only received a generic, unhelpful automated response via email. To make matters worse, a few days after contacting them, I received a phishing/spam email originating from an email address using the exact same top-level domain as their official support. This raises serious red flags about how securely customer data is handled.
