20L Premium Dehumidifier with Special One-Click Laundry Mode
Good communication with seller. Delivery fast. Dehumidifier was well packaged - no damage. Allowed 4h to settle after unpacking. Has worked great now for 2 weeks and takes a lot of water out of the air in our washing cellar. Tank quite large but needs emptying regularly. Water can be also emptied into a drain via pipe provided.

I never got the package

12L Dehumidifier with Built-in Humidistat
Turns out, once you've ordered, if there is any inconvenience, no one would ever talk to the delivery agency, nor give a response on time. My case: Amazon Shipment claimed my adress was incomplete, so they never even attempted to come anywhere near my house. I could not contact them, I told ProBreeze about the issue (several times, through chats and emails) and I got useless replies ("just wait") or no response at all. In the end, Amazon sent the package back, I asked ProBreeze to send me the item again, they said they were out of stock and they juist automatically returned my money and forgot about me. Cherry on top, they've been sending me emails since then, asking me to rate the product or their service. Truth to be said: their products might be fine (my brother has the same dehumidifier and he's apparenty happy with the results), but I would never recommend this seller to my worst enemy.

30L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Smart App Control
Excelente desumidificador.
