12,000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
Our son recommended the make as he has a 9000 BTU unit. We have a dormer bedroom so it gets hot in the roof. Area is around 15 feet 12 feet. At 20 BTU / Ft that works out to roughly 3600 BTU of required cooling so in theory the 5000 unit should be adequate. I vented the unit straight through a wall into the roof void so there is no dodgy window fittings needed and the house is still secure. After an hour on Low at 18C the room was comfortable. After 2 hours it was cold, found ourselves pulling the quilt a bit closer. So we could turn it off. Reasonably quiet on the low setting with the sleep function set and had no problems sleeping. Best nights sleep we have had so far during this hot weather.

This is a fantastic fan. It cools the entire room and makes hardly any noise. It's also one of the more stylish ones i've seen. Definitely recommend!

12,000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
Should have purchased along time ago. Good investment for all in the household, Well built, nice size for room fit. 5 out of 5 for me.
Some reviews highlight the decibel level, yes it is slightly but I have got a good night sleep in a cool room. Ill take that any day.
Delivered quick and in work within minutes. A must, keep cool.

Piccolo ma funzionale, silenzioso ed efficace. Ho scelto il black perché si abbina con le elettroniche musicali

12,000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
Comfortably cools a large master bedroom and adjoining guestroom. I would recommend making your own window blank (as pictured). 30 degrees outside. Managed to get the room from 24 degrees to 18 in about 2 hours and hold it there indefinitely. Unless being utilised in dehumidifier mode itll get rid of moisture through the exhaust air so theres no need for a "catch can" etc. Which was a huge selling point. The the BTU rating it is a lot slimmer than competing products. The app is very easy to use and set up for remote access or schedule creation.
