Dehumidifier not working
12L Compact Dehumidifier
The product is already broken, it no longer dehumidifies, for the moment the assistance with AI has only given tests to do but in practice it does not produce water and therefore the compressor does not work, obviously I want a total refund or replacement of the defective product which is under warranty having been purchased on 19 September 2025

A product that does its job the pellets however melt quite quickly. Nevertheless I bought a second one because I am delighted with it.

It can may you feel much cooler!
OmniAir 5L Evaporative Air Cooler & Portable Tower Fan with Humidification Modes
This device is a very good way of cooling down. But please don't purchase it if you expect it to cool down a room as it will not do this, as the temperature will roughly remain the same temperature.
The manner in which it is designed is to deliver water molecules that become airborne via the column fan. The water has the effect of circulating around the room and replace the air around the individual person. Or should I say removes the warmth of the air around that individual. So you are left with the sensation of not having warm air about your body as it is being constantly being replaced by continual moving waterbourne air, and therefore a cooler temperature.
It can may you feel much cooler.
Hope that helps!

As other reviews say, it's very noisy. But what do you expect for a fridge trying to cool you down?
You couldn't sleep with it I agree. But having had this in the little heatwave in the uk over the weekend has been a god send. Put it in the bedroom 1 hour before bed and shut the door. This takes off the intense heat for you to get off to sleep.
4 stars because the fan speed doesn't seem to make any difference? Seems it's constantly on high. Or it's perhaps stuck on low?

I bought this just before the recent UK heatwave in May 2026. It in conjunction with another fan to blow cool air out of the bedroom along the landing has made the upstairs liveable. Highly recommended. It's not quiet, but I wouldn't expect it to be. The iPhone app is useful to switch it on remotely. I have the vent hose exiting via a flylight window which seems adequate. My wife and dogs also approve,

It 's been a godsend during this hot weather we 've been having lately! It 's not quiet but you get used to the sound. It 's the lovely cooling effect that I bought it for anyway. It cools the whole of the upstairs of my house.

Good device! It's currently 33c degrees outside and the air con is making sure my living room is 22c - 23c without failure. I didn't even need to convert it using cardboard, as the room cools effectively enough. Any heat being seeped into the room from the machine is barely felt, mainly just lingering in a small pocket behind it.
It has been running off and on for 3 days without needing to be drained. The dehumidifier setting works great too and will get rid of the swampy feeling within an hour or two, leaving the air fresher.
I recommend turning the air con on before the heat kicks in around midday, as it can maintain a lower temperature easier than bringing it down from a 33c room. Lowering the power may cause some heat to seep back into a room which means the machine will have to catch up again. So bare in mind, if you are running it on high power and decide to lower it for a while. It can cool from 25c easily in low power.

After years of small desk top fans I decided to plunge for this one and what a difference, used it in the bedroom and it kept the room nice and cool. Very quiet compared to most other fans too.

Excellent fan. It was so quiet I didn 't even notice it was on until I walked closer and felt the airflow on setting 3. When you increase the speed you can hear it more, but it 's a smooth, soft fan sound, no annoying motor noise. Like it so much, have bought another one!!

Fantastic little fan and SO quiet. Just a nice amount of low level white noise in the background which is more than worth it for the cooling it offers.
