After 3 months of occasional use, it stopped starting and then restarted dozens of minutes later. Eventually, it stopped working altogether... I do not recommend it.

Very practical and easy to assemble it does its job.

It stopped working in less than a year

It's a great appliance, especially if you need to quickly remove a high level of humidity. I chose this dehumidifier because the heating broke down at home, and while it was being repaired, the humidity increased dramatically, causing some doors to swell and even trapping me in a room. Initially, I bought another dehumidifier with a 15-liter capacity; it was much smaller and easier to handle, but I could run it for 14 hours straight, and with great effort, I could only reach a little over 50% humidity, and it didn't solve the door problem. I decided to tackle the problem at its source and buy a much more powerful unit, and after two days of use (about 10-12 hours a day), the door now closes perfectly. It lowers humidity very quickly, which ultimately saves on electricity because it doesn't need to run 24/7. In fact, if you do, the humidity drops to unhealthy levels, below 40%. For example, this morning I turned it on, and the room was at 72% humidity. After 10 minutes of use, the humidity dropped to 56%. Why am I not giving it 5 stars if the dehumidifier works well and quickly - It's quite large and heavy. This is normal given its capacity, but it's not a point in its favor. - The instructions are too brief and omit important details, in my opinion. For instance, they tell you that after emptying the tank, you have to clean it. When I went to do it, I saw that the lid couldn't be removed. I contacted the supplier, and they replied with the following: Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns. The Pro Breeze PB-D-32 water tank is designed to be emptied and rinsed, but it does not have a removable lid. The handle is fixed and cannot be detached. To clean the tank, we recommend simply rinsing it with warm water after emptying it and, if necessary, using a soft cloth to clean the inside. This ensures the tank's hygiene without needing to remove the lid. Rest assured that the design is intended to make the tank safe and easy to handle while still allowing for proper cleaning. My complaint stems from the fact that the lid can be removed, not easily, but it is removable, and the supplier and manufacturer should be aware of this and explain it. The design of the water tank is poor, and you end up spilling water when you empty it unless you do it in a bathtub or something similar. In short: I recommend it if you live in a very humid area, if your house is large, and you're looking for a quick way to tackle the problem. If you don't have very high humidity or you're not concerned about speed, I think you can choose something smaller. UPDATE: I've lowered my rating by one star because every time I empty the tank, the device leaks water and ends up wetting the floor. It doesn't matter if you remove the tank immediately after turning it off or if you wait several hours with it off. Every time you remove the tank, you have to mop afterward.

It was returned and waiting for the refund since the device and its fan did not work.

Excelente!!! Compramos dos porque nos resulto muy bueno.

Wor use them in the bedroom. They work great and you can use the common refill pads from the hardware store. Are optically inconspicuous.

It does its job but I find it very uncomfortable to open the water "drawer" it doesn't have a handle and you have to force it to open it

It's not bad. For being so small, it does the job. It's a bit noisy. I've tried it three times so far, and it's okay. I'd prefer one with a larger capacity and less noise. Update: On the third and fourth day of use, it started making a strange noise, like something was rubbing inside. I've requested a refund, which is a shame because it does its job. It pumps out quite a bit of water and improves the atmosphere a lot, but it pumps so quickly and with those strange noises inside, making it unbearable to keep using. I'll buy another one and try again.

Unfortunately, it didn't bring any improvement; it didn't dehumidify enough for an apartment, etc. Perhaps it's more suitable for other uses.

It reliably reduces moisture. You need some patience, but then the effect becomes clearly visible.

Works well As described Professional packaging Recommended seller
